Chinese tech giant Xiaomi surprised the second day of the Mega Launch event with a logo change. The company unveiled the new logo design by Haraken Tokyo for the first time.
On the first day of Mega Launch, the company introduced the Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11 Lite flagship models. Also announced were the Mi 11i, the global version of the Redmi K40 Pro, and its new smart wristband, the Mi Band 6. The company made an announcement titled “One More Day” because it could not fit all its products into an event and asked its followers for another day.

At the Mega Launch 2 event on YouTube, Xiaomi started the day with its new logo signed haraken Tokyo. The revamped design was notable for having softer edges than the old logo. In addition, while no changes have been made to the font; the colors remained the same.

Haraken Tokyo said the company would now take a more modern line with the revamped logo. The designer stated that they achieved an “endless appearance” thanks to the rounded corners, and that he exhibited a nuanced work based on mathematical calculations.
