The Xbox Series X era started with some interesting problems. Some users say that the console does not receive a disc, while others say that weird strange noises come from the disc input. Although Microsoft has not made an official statement about the problem, it is aware that something is happening.
The days that gamers have been eagerly waiting for for a long time have finally come. Now, gamers are slowly getting to the next generation game consoles from Microsoft and Sony. However, on the first day of the Xbox Series X, it seems to be a very interesting situation. Because gamers are reporting strange noises coming from their console’s disk drives. Microsoft has not yet verified this issue.
Videos shared by users on various platforms suggest that there may be a chronic problem with the Xbox Series X. Because the sounds claimed to come from the consoles are both high and occasionally clicks. While users say that the sound level is seriously irritating, they are asking Microsoft for help regarding the issue.
Here is that voice shared by a user
The interesting thing is that the problem is not limited to this. Some users say that the Xbox Series X is having trouble getting the disc, or even not receiving the disc. It is also reported that the clicking sounds featured in the video above are also present on some Xbox Series S’s. However, it seems that this problem is permanent for some users and temporary for some users.
Some users say that they have changed the position of the console in their posts about the problem, thus preventing the problem of sound and disc not entering, according to some users, such a method does not work. The interesting thing is that in the videos shared on the internet, some of the consoles do not pick up a disc or make noise when in an upright position and some in a horizontal position.
We just said that Microsoft did not verify this problem. But the company seems to realize something is happening. Because in the official statements made on the Twitter account called Xbox Support, it is stated that all products have passed strict quality assurance tests. However, it is said that consumers who have problems with hardware can visit a website created for support. In addition, the company states that the technical team can be contacted regarding the problems experienced.

Hey @XboxSupport!— Travless (@Travless_) November 10, 2020
I think my #XboxSeriesX might have a defective disc drive. I've tried inserting a few different compatible games (both Xbox One & 360) & the drive won't let me insert it. Nothing is in there (to my knowledge). I just set it up.
Any help is appreciated! 😊 pic.twitter.com/2r1mQkYSLY
