Features, render images and The European price of the WF-1000XM4, the new headset that Japan-based tech giant Sony is preparing to launch, have been leaked.
Features and render images of Sony’s upcoming WF-1000XM4 headphones have been leaked. The new render images are mostly similar to those previously revealed. The headset, which will come in two different colors, black, and silver, is also expected to have a gold option after launch.
According to information uncovered by WinFuture, the Sony WF-1000XM4 will feature active noise cancellation (ANC), which was also included in the previous model, but the Sony V1 chip will be used to provide better performance on the new model. The headset will also support LDAC and High-Resolution Audio technologies.
The WF-1000XM4, which also includes battery improvements, will offer a total lifespan of 8 hours on a single charge and 24 hours with the charging case when the ANC is active. These values will be increased to 12 hours on a single charge and a total of 36 hours with the charging case when the ANC is off.
The charging case can be charged via the USB Type-C port and will also support Qi wireless charging. The headphones, which will have IPX4 water and sweat resistance, are expected to go on sale in the first half of June with a price tag of 280 euros.
