Introducing the Galaxy S21 series at its unpacked event in January, Samsung began work on the launch of a new product. The company announced the event, which will introduce its latest Galaxy devices, with a promotional video. The South Korean company also announced the date of its virtual launch due to COVID-19.
The Unpacked event will host the most powerful Galaxy product
Samsung announced that it will hold its unpacked event on April 28, which it announced with the slogan “The Most Powerful Galaxy is coming”. Sharing a short teaser trailer on its YouTube channel, the company has already raised expectations.
Here’s that trailer released by Samsung:
Samsung has not announced which products it will introduce in the new Unpacked, but some leaks have come up before the event. The allegations are that the Galaxy Book series will introduce its new laptops. The company last renewed this series with the Galaxy Book Flex, which was released in 2019. Samsung, which has not introduced a new laptop for a long time, is expected to break its silence.
According to the leaks, Samsung will introduce high-end laptop models called Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book Pro360 at the Galaxy Unpacked event. It will also unveil its first laptop equipped with an Enos processor. The computer, supported by AMD’s graphics processing unit (GPU), will have Windows 10 operating system, contrary to expectations. Chrome will not be an OS-based device.
Foldable smartphone likely to be introduced
Some sources suggest that Samsung will unveil its new foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z Fold 3, or Galaxy Note 21 series, at this event. However, there is no strong leak confirming the allegations. The manufacturer introduced the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in September and released the Note 20 family in August 2020. Since then, he hasn’t updated these two series.
It has long been on the agenda that Samsung will no longer introduce a new Galaxy Note and will continue the features of this series with the Galaxy Z Fold series along with the Galaxy S. However, the firm has so far not commented on the allegations.
