Having failed to get a successful result from the Poco F2, the technology company aims to reverse this situation with its F3 model. The Poco F3, which is claimed to be the brand’s best flagship for this season, is expected to be officially unveiled today. Shortly before the introduction, rendering images of the phone appeared.

Poco will launch the F3 model directly in the global market. On the other hand, there are rumors that the device will finally come to India under the name Xiaomi Mi 11X. Leaks that appeared shortly before the launch reveal the entire design, color variations and some features of the phone.

Poco F3 stands out for its resemblance to the Redmi K40

According to leaks, the Poco F3 will allegedly have the same features, both designally and hardwareally, as the Redmi K40 introduced in China last month. The images confirm that the phone has two types of colors that include standard black and white tones, as well as an interesting cover that combines multiple shades of blue, a large Poco logo.

Also behind the Poco F3 is the phrase 5G, a first for the company. Other than that, it seems that the rest of the design remains unchanged. The Poco F3 will be a performance-oriented smartphone powered by the new 5G-capable Snapdragon 870 chipset.

The render image of the Poco F3 was unearthed in a Twitter post by Ishan Agarwal, known for his posts about smartphones. “First look at the POCO F3 Official Presentation! The Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 will be released with a 5G Chipset. The design looks like the Redmi K40, as expected. What are your thoughts?”

The Poco F3, which is claimed to have the same hardware features as the Redmi K40, is thought to have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a 360Hz touch response rate, and HDR10+ support. It is also leaked that the smartphone will have a battery capacity of 4,520 mAh, as well as support for 33W fast charging, which allegedly charges the device in less than an hour.

There is no official information yet on the global pricing of the device. In addition, the Poco X3 Pro is expected to be introduced at the event, where the Poco F3 will be introduced.

Finally, let’s mention that you can watch the Poco F3 launch live here.
