Two months ago, Samsung announced the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy S20 series. The developer beta of One UI 3.0 was released earlier this month, and UI design changes and all new features have also appeared. Now, the company has announced that it will soon release the public beta of One UI 3.0 for the Galaxy S20 series.
The community manager of beta operations announced in a letter that Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 + and Galaxy S20 Ultra users who participated in the program through the Samsung Members application will receive the One UI 3.0 Beta program in a short time. Interested users can register for the program through the Samsung Members app. The official launch date and download link will also be announced via this app. For this reason, users who want to participate in the Beta program must download the application and wait ready.
One UI 3.0 brings camera improvements in the Galaxy S20 series, including better autofocus and stabilization. Other features include a trash can feature for messages, the ability to delete duplicate contacts, call screen customizations. Improved calendar and reminders applications are also part of the package. Samsung has also added weekly trends for the Digital Wellbeing app and separate profiles for business and personal profiles. A new version of Samsung Internet with several new add-ons, improvements for Samsung Keyboard and Wireless DeX, are among other new features.
