Telegram’s voice chats feature has been updated. With the update, the participant limit on chats was removed, while many features in clubhouse were added to the app.

Clubhouse, one of the most popular chat apps of recent times, continues to be a front for many social media and messaging giants. After Twitter Spaces, telegram has now incorporated many features from Clubhouse into its app.
Telegram voice chats updated
One of the new features is the removal of the participant limit on voice chat channels. Telegram, which describes it as “public radio reinvented for the 21st century”, has included some features that are synonymous with clubhouse. So much so that channel managers can now record conversations. Thus, followers who miss the event are offered the opportunity to listen to what is spoken on the channel afterwards.
Another added function to the app is clubhouse’s iconic hand lift feature. Thus, in conversations where participants are muted, listeners can use the hand lift feature to request a word.
The update also allows channel administrators to create an invitation link. Channel managers can thus create separate connections for speakers and listeners. However, administrators can also set a title that helps listeners see chat topics before joining the channel.
The latest feature that comes with the voice chats 2.0 update gives users the option to choose their personal or channel accounts. Thus, it will be prevented from becoming the center of attention of well-known people.
