Jack Dorsey’s Twitter Account Hacked
No one in the cyber world can own 100% of any place. This includes Jack Dorsey, the founder of Twitter, one of the world’s largest social media platforms. Dorsey’s personal profile on his own platform, Twitter account, was hacked this evening.
Twitter’s founder, partner and current active CEO Jack Dorsey’s Twitter account has been seized by unknown hackers. Shares from the official account, which had four million followers, were shocking.
Twitter has been struggling with racism and shares that support racism for a long time. This included filtering of shares by artificial intelligence, and removing identified accounts and shares. But the share of Dorsey’s seized account smelled of racism from the beginning.
The account was quickly revoked by Twitter, and the shares suddenly disappeared. Of course, the internet did not stay idle and the screenshots of the shares spread at the speed of light in many social media channels, especially Twitter.
Twitter did not provide any explanation as to who or why Dorsey’s account was seized. Thus, in the new era when we were concerned about the security of our personal information, we found that even the Twitter CEO could not have his own space.
