Instagram brings vertical streaming for stories
Instagram will emulate TikTok’s design with a new vertical streaming system for stories, TechCrunch reported. The firm wants to provide a smoother user experience with vertical scrolling to include in stories. Also among the goals is to take a step forward in the competition with TikTok.
According to screenshots shared by Alessandro Paluzzi, the system continues to be developed. This means that Instagram aims to make the feature available to its users as soon as possible.

Instagram president Adam Mosseri, who previously participated in the podcast program Decoder, said that 2020 is a year in which they are making plans to achieve a lot of goals for them, while 2021 will be the year they will strive to fulfill these plans and simplify experiences. Besides this change, which will be visited by the Stories feature, IGTV, another feature, is not expected to receive any changes.
