Sources close to Chinese tech giant Huawei have released the first smartphone models that will receive the Harmony operating system update, which the company will launch in April.



Huawei is preparing to release the first public structure of HarmonyOS, and now online sources have released a list of smartphones that will get the operating system in the first place.
The transition to HarmonyOS begins
Previous leaks have in the direction that the Harmony operating system will come to models based on the Kirin processor. This has not yet been officially confirmed, but according to the current report, the first Huawei smartphones to receive HarmonyOS will be as follows:
- Huawei Mate X2
- Huawei Mate 40
- Huawei Mate 40 Pro
- Huawei Mate 40 Pro+
- Huawei P40
- Huawei P40 Pro
- Huawei P40 Pro+
After these devices, the new operating system is expected to appear on devices with EMUI 11 and Magic UI 4 firmware.



In addition, some models that include EMUI 10.1 and Magic UI 3.1 will also be updated to HarmonyOS. Among them are devices such as Huawei Nova 7 SE, Honor 30S, Honor X10. Huawei will launch HarmonyOS updates in April, according to sources.
