Search giant Google has officially announced when it will introduce its Android 12 operating system, which it has been testing for months. The event will traditionally begin with a speech by Sundar Pichai.
Google has released a schedule of I/O 2021 events. The company will introduce the long-awaited Android 12 at this event, which will take place on May 18.
Classically, the three-day Google I/O conference will begin with a speech by CEO Sundar Pichai, and Google’s CEO will open with the introduction of Android 12, which has been tested for several months. The latest version of the operating system will have functions both developed by Google and already available on iOS. This is not surprising, since in recent years the two competing operating systems have become increasingly similar.
After the presentation, there will be a second developer talk on Android 12 showing you how to best use new technologies and APIs. Until the day of the event, it is worth noting that Google does not publish the entire program in advance, as it wants to keep some innovations private. At least it’s sure to be talked about accessibility, advertising, augmented reality, Google Assistant, machine learning, and smart home. We will share with you everything interesting to be told on Google I/O on May 18-20.
