Samsung today unveiled four new windows 10 laptop models for different needs. The Galaxy Unpacked event, held online, featured the Galaxy Book Pro and Book Pro 360 for the first time. Then the main model of the series, the Samsung Galaxy Book and the Galaxy Book Odyssey, were released.
Samsung Galaxy Book
Announced as the main model of the series, the Samsung Galaxy Book device was developed with 15.6-inch TFT LCD 1080p resolution quality and An Intel 11th generation Core i3/i5/i7 processor. At the launch, it was announced that the model would also come out with more affordable versions with Pentium Gold and Celeron processors.
Capable of 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM, the device was announced with 8GB and 16GB upgrades. The model, in which you can get a single NVMe SSD up to 512 GB, also allows a second SSD. It is also possible to have a GeForce MX450 GPU on demand.
Powered by a 54Wh battery capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Book charges with USB-C on the 65W. Using Dolby Atmos technology for better sound quality, the model carries a fingerprint scanner on the power button.
Samsung Galaxy Book Odyssey
If your main focus when buying a laptop is performance and not portability, Odyssey promises to meet your needs. With a 15.6-inch TFT LCD with a resolution of 1920 x 1080p, the device weighs 1.85 kg and weighs 17.7 mm, while the device supports 135W USB-C charging; It comes with an 83Wh battery capacity.
The GeForce RTX 3050 ti Max-Q and 3050 Max-Q graphics cards offer two options for the Samsung Galaxy Book Odyssey processor. The 11th generation Intel Core i5 and i7 are available to users. The laptop comes with 8/16/32GB LPDDR4x RAM capacity and offers up to 1TB of NVMe SSD.
