The first details about the Oppo Reno6 Pro model appeared with the report shared today.
The Chinese smartphone maker, which last made an appearance with the Reno5 series, is known to have been working on the Oppo Reno6 family for some time now. In fact, the Reno6 series popped up on the TENAA and MITT certification portals earlier this month. While people are eager to see what new features the smartphone maker will bring to users with the new models in the series, the first details about the Oppo Reno6 Pro’s features have leaked out today.
According to sources close to Oppo, the Pro model of the series will be built on a 6.55-inch 90Hz AMOLED display that houses a 32 MP selfie camera.
On the processor side, we’re told that the phone we’ve been watching will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200 processor, will also be powered by a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
If you recall, Oppo’s recently unveiled Reno5 Pro came with a Dimensity 1000+ processor. Moreover, the Pro model of the series included a 4,350 mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
Considering the information shared today, we can say that the Reno6 Pro and the Reno5 Pro will be pretty close in terms of specs. Of course, there is no official announcement from the Oppo front regarding the Reno6 series as of yet.
