DisplayMate experts tested the screen of the official Google Pixel 4 XL yesterday. The OLED display on the flagship phone was considered the best smartphone display.

Google officially introduced the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL smartphones at an event in New York yesterday. DisplayMate experts tested the Pixel 4 XL’s display thoroughly and gave it the highest possible rating with an A + rating.
With this rating that the flagship phone receives, the iPhone 11 reached the same level as the Pro 11 introduced at the end of September. The Google Pixel 4 XL features a 6.3-inch OLED display with a 19: 9 aspect ratio and 3040 x 1440 resolution. It should also be noted that the company is the first phone to offer a 90 Hz refresh rate.

Better color reproduction and energy saving
According to DisplayMate, the screen brightness of the smartphone increased by 10 percent compared to the previous generation of Google Pixel. The quality of color production and the energy saving mode have been improved. In addition, Google has added automatic color management to this year’s Pixel range. The Google Pixel 4 Series will also be available on October 24th.
