Corsair is launching the next generation gaming keyboard K55 RGB PRO and K55 RGB Pro XT.
Corsair, which has made a name for itself with its equipment for gamers, is expanding its range of K55 RGB gaming keyboards with the K55 RGB Pro and K55 RGB Pro XT models. So, what do the new members of the series offer with their features and price? Let’s take a closer look at the next generation of gaming keyboards.
The K55 RGB PRO has five 5 RGB lighting zones with preset built-in lighting effects, while the K55 RGB Pro XT features 10 built-in lighting zones and RGB backlighting per key. In this respect, the Pro XT, which is separated from the K55 RGB Pro, also supports Corsair iCUE software. In this way, users can customize the RGB lighting of the Pro XT to their own personal taste with iCUE software. At the same time, users can integrate games with this software, which works in sync with the keyboard. This allows the keyboard to react to actions and events within the game.
In addition, both keyboards feature 6 macro keys that allow actions to be performed quickly. With these keys, which can also work integrated with Elgato Stream Deck software, users can quickly perform some functionality during broadcasting.
The keyboards are 481 x 167 x 36 mm in size and are resistant to dust and water. In this section, keyboards that stand out with IP42 certification also support 1000 Hz reporting speed, removable memory, built-in memory and iCUE software.
As of today, the prices of the models on sale have also been revealed. Accordingly, the K55 RGB Pro was released with a price tag of $49.99, while the Pro XT of the series was available for $69.99.
