Apple to Give Employees COVID 19 Vaccine

Apple will help its employees get the COVID-19 vaccine in their offices.

Apple said Friday that it has launched a program to help employees get voluntary COVID-19 vaccines at the iPhone maker’s offices.

An Apple spokesman said the company is working with pharmacy chain Walgreens as a supplier and will launch a website for its employees to sign up for appointments.

Apple is one of the first major Silicon Valley companies to launch a program to help inoculated employees.

Earlier this month, Deutsche Bank became the first major bank in New York to tell its employees that it would offer COVID-19 vaccines in its offices.

Last month, Amazon.com began on-site vaccinations for front-line workers, starting in Missouri, Nevada, and Kansas.
