The long-awaited Android 13 was finally released for Pixel devices. However, the Android 13 update seems to cause wireless charging problems on Pixel devices.
Google, which wanted to improve its Android experience in every sense, officially introduced Android 13 at the I/O Developer Conference. After the problematic output of Android 12, the company has released many developers’ preview and beta versions for Android 13, but apparently, Android 13 is experiencing a problematic output.
Recently, Google released the Android 13 update for Pixel devices. However, after a short time, Pixel users’ complaints began in forums like Reddit. The new update causes wireless charging problems on many Pixel devices. Pixel 4, Pixel 4xl, Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro devices do not understand that it is on the wireless charger. In some cases, even if the devices seem to be charging. Even a wireless charger cannot notice some Pixel devices directly. Although Pixel 4 users can return to Android 12, Pixel 6 users are stuck in Android 13.
Other Pixel models are seen to have different problems. The Pixel 4A 5G device is fully disrupted by the fast charging feature the device can only charge only 10 %within one hour and is incredibly heated. Google has not yet made a statement on the subject.
