Samsung has upgraded another affordable smartphone to Android 11. The company continues to update its Galaxy M series devices.
South Korean tech giant Samsung is trying to improve its support for its smartphones by offering its best models a 3-year Android update.
Of course, there is no such luxury for affordable models. But it seems that the company does not intend to condemn devices under this category to a single version of Android.
Samsung released the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 Core update for its budget-friendly Galaxy M11 smartphone, which was released in March last year following the Galaxy A41.
Let’s note that firmware M115FXXU2BUD8 was first offered to Vietnamese users. The gradual update will reach other countries in the coming days.
The Android 11 update released for the Galaxy M11 gives the device a new interface while also improving its performance. The developers also made sure to add the April 2021 security patch to the software.
