The first proprietary graphics cards of the Radeon RX 5700 XT and Radeon RX 5700 with Navi architecture reach the German retail sector. The heise price comparison leads such from Asus, Gigabyte, MSI and Sapphire. ASRock, Powercolor and XFX should follow soon.
So far, only the loud reference models of AMD were available. The board partners mostly rely on two to three larger axial fans with more cooling surface, which potentially reduces the temperature. The better cooling they often use for higher clock frequencies.
Sapphire Pulse available
Sapphire’s Radeon RX 5700 Pulse is available so far (from € 389). MSI’s Radeon RX 5700 Mech OC (from € 362.85) and the Evoke OC from the same manufacturer can be preordered (from € 374.90). For Asus’ TUF Gaming X3 and ROG Strix OC only wildcard prices are available. As a reminder: AMD’s MSRP for the reference model is 370 euros.
The manufacturer versions of the faster Radeon RX 5700 XT start just above AMD’s RRP at around 425 Euro, here again with MSIs Mech OC (from 424 €) and Gigabytes Gaming OC (from 426.85 €). However, none of these are available yet.
Further models follow
Expected in September MSI wants to offer its more expensive Gaming X versions. From Sapphire should still come the Nitro + and possibly a Toxic. Powercolor has announced the Red Devil and XFX the Thicc2 in addition to the compact Red Dragon.
AMD’s reference models are traditionally retail-based as partners bring their own models to market. The street prices of the Radeon RX 5700 and the Radeon RX 5700 XT are already well below the non-binding price recommendations.
