Two new names have joined the cast of the second season of Netflix’s hit series The Witcher. Young Geralt and young Vesemir will be in season two.
Two new casters have been added to the second season of The Witcher’s Netflix-produced series, which is hugely popular in the fantasy novel and gaming world.
It was previously announced that part of the second season would be in Kaer Morhen. This is the place we see in the games, where Geralt himself was trained and he trained Ciri. According to the latest cast additions to the series, we’ll also be watching something about the main character’s past, and these will most likely be scenes set in Kaer Morhen.
According to Redanian Intelligence, the second season will be the youth of young Geralt and Vesemir, who will make his debut this season. Alexander Squires and James Baxter will take turns playing young Geralt and young Vesemir. Kim Bodnia will play Vesemir in the main story.
Filming for the second season of The Witcher ended last week, but its release date remains unknown. An animated film focusing on Vesemir will be released before the second season, but its release date is unclear. The film is called The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf.
