Amazon has confirmed a second and third season of its new popular series Invincible, which is currently airing its first season.
Amazon’s new popular series Invincible has received second and third season approval before its first season is over. According to official announcements, Invincible will continue to meet fans of the series on Amazon Prime Video with new seasons in the coming years.
Robert Kirkman, the creator of the series Invincible, said, “I am incredibly grateful to Amazon for their dedication and support to Invincible. The Invincible comic book series was a love letter to the genre that Cory (Walker) and I read and loved growing up. It was incredibly gratifying for us that our characters came back to life through the animated series. We are very excited to continue this story for at least another two years.” Kirkman was also the author of the original comic book series.
The Invincible series, which began last March, features an +18 age restriction and a different perspective on the superhero genre. The first season consists of eight episodes, each episode of which is an hour-long. The series will make its season finale with its eighth episode, which airs tomorrow (April 30).
The first season of Invincible managed to win a lot of acclaim from the audience in general. Some episodes, especially when the action is intense, seem to have seriously affected viewers. The exciting wait for the upcoming new seasons of Invincible has already begun.
Robert Kirkman’s second most popular series, Invincible, also known for the Comics of The Walking Dead, ran for 15 years from 2003 to 2018.
