The US Air Force Command announced that the woman who died as a result of police shooting during the events in Congress was a 12-year-old Air Force soldier.
The Air Force announced that the woman, named Ashli Elizabeth McEntee, ended her 12-year military service at the National Guard Air Force’s Dyess Air Base in November 2016.
It turned out that 35-year-old McEntee’s last post on her Twitter account on January 5, “Nobody can stop us. The storm is coming and it will land in DC in less than 24 hours. Dark for light”.
While the US Congress was meeting to approve the Presidential Election Voting, US President Donald Trump held a rally in front of the White House. Tens of thousands of demonstrators who attended the rally later marched and tried to enter the Congress building. There was a clash between the police and the demonstrators, some of the demonstrators crossed the barricades and entered the Congress building. It was reported that 4 people died in the clashes and many people, including the police, were injured.
