Netflix is adding new content to its subscription service, keeping users on its platform. It is also developing Netflix apps. In this way, Netflix increases the experiences of its subscribers. The tested N-Plus service will allow users to get a better Netflix experience. Netflix surveyed some users about a potential new service called N-Plus. Reportedly, the service can include custom playlists, behind-the-scenes production information, and podcasts for series.
The survey found that N-Plus will be “an online space where you can learn more about Netflix content and things related to it.” According to the report, one of the recommendations in the survey was to allow N-Plus to list all the music used in Netflix series and content so that users could create playlists.
Users can also create playlists from their favorite TV shows and movies. N-Plus can give users some kind of curatorial, no matter how much N-Plus is called a service, it is designed like a social network. Curators can enter podcasts about what’s behind the scenes of Netflix content, user reviews, and content. It is not yet clear whether the proposed new service will be cheaper for Netflix users.
