The first images from Eternals, the new film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe starring Angelina Jolie, directed by Academy Award winner Chloé Zhao, have been shared.
After making history at the Oscars with Nomadland, Chloé Zhao is on his way to his next success with the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Eternals, scheduled for release on November 5, 2020, is expected to be released in theaters instead of online on Disney+.
Starting with ‘WandaVision’, the Marvel Cinematic Universe will feature films in phase 4. Marvel, which will release 7 MCU films in a full year with ‘Black Widow’ in July, has released a special introduction outlining how the universe came to phase 4, featuring images and information from phase 4 films.
The teaser also featured the first images from ‘Eternals’, directed by Oscar-winner Chloe Zhao and starring Angelina Jolie.
Marvel Studios’ official summary of Eternals reads, “Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, an unexpected tragedy forces them out of the shadows and reunite against Humanity’s oldest enemy, The Devants.”
Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, and Richard Madden are all stars in Marvel’s “Eternals.” It tells the story of the Celestials, cosmic beings, who experimented on humans millions of years ago and created Eternals and deviants. Two groups of superpowers have been fighting each other throughout history to prove which race is supreme.
