The woman who was attacked issued a temporary restraining order against the 25-year-old through a court. The attacker’s daughter was placed in the care of another family after the incident. The victim had issued a temporary restraining order against the 25-year-old before the incident, according to teams from South Euclid Police. When they confronted each other at the grocery store, the suspect threatened to beat up the other woman and her 7-year-old daughter.
Police then detained the 25-year-old woman. It later emerged that he had been detained for other reasons.
The attacker’s 5-year-old daughter was also temporarily placed in the custody of another family by authorities.
