In Russia, a woman named Tatyana, who weighs 100 kilos, sat on her husband’s head, which she was arguing with. The husband, who was out of breath, died of a struggle.
Tatyana sat on her husband’s face during the argument. Despite her husband’s pleas, she asked her husband to apologize to her. When her husband refused, she sat on her husband’s face, gasping for air and causing him to die.
Neighbours came to the house and called an ambulance after Tatyana screamed when she realised her husband was dead. Aidar, who was examined by paramedics, was pronounced dead.
Tatyana said she and her husband had been drinking heavily during the incident and sat on her face to calm her husband down.
The court ruled that Tanyana had caused death by negligence, not murder, and ordered Tatyana to carry out remedial work for 18 months in the public interest.
But the investigative committee is continuing to press for the verdict to be overturned and the woman tried for murder, saying the woman sat on her face with her head between her legs while her husband lay in bed, causing her to gasp and die.
