The April 2021 update for Xbox is released for Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles. A feature is also being tested for the upcoming update.
Following the release of Microsoft’s new console, Xbox’s monthly updates continue. In addition to the update released this month, it was announced that a feature for the future update is also being tested.
Xbox’s April update is currently available for download for Xbox Series and Xbox One consoles. The most prominent aspect of the update is a feature aimed at increasing the download speed that we have already transferred to you. When playing games on Xbox consoles, the download speed was automatically reduced so that you could use the game’s online features without interruption. With this new update, you will also be able to suspend the game you are playing and download without slowing down your download speed. In the meantime, of course, the game will remain playable. You can turn this system on and off.
The new update also makes it easier to play games with friends via Xbox Game Pass. You can read the update notes in detail here.
Players Will Be Able to See Games Supported by Quick Resume
A new feature, recently introduced to testers on Xbox Insider, is also currently being tested. With this feature, you will be able to see and use games that support the Xbox series’ system that allows fast game migration. The feature, which is currently in the testing phase, will likely be available to all users in the upcoming update.
Quick Resume allows you to open multiple games as if you were opening a side tab in the browser and quickly switch between them. Unfortunately, the system is currently not available in all games.
