Xbox Support has announced on its official twitter account that the refunds will be provided. Xbox Support has announced that it is extending its refund policy to offer a full refund to anyone who digitally purchases Cyberpunk 2077 from the Microsoft store. He conveyed this to users with a tweet thread.

Xbox Support made a statement to users in the tweet thread as follows:

“Cyberpunk 2077: To ensure every gamer can get the experience they expect on the Xbox, we will expand our current refund policy to offer a full refund to anyone who purchases Cyberpunk 2077 digitally from the Microsoft store until further notice. While we know that the developers at CD PROJEKT RED are working hard to deliver Cyberpunk 2077 in extremely harsh conditions, we also realize that some players are not satisfied with the current experience on older consoles. Till now we have refunded the vast majority of customers who requested it. To request an Xbox refund for Cyberpunk 2077, please follow the steps listed on our Xbox refund page. ”

If you have purchased the game digitally for your Xbox and you are not satisfied, you can start the process by going to this page and logging in with your account. With this statement, Xbox Support has stated that it will unconditionally refund the players who want it.
