The recent rumor seems to be true. Sony ended web access to ps3, PS Vita and PSP’s online stores before summer arrived. He can turn it off completely in the summer.

Some support for Sony’s older generations of consoles is slowly being discontinued. PlayStation 3, PS Vita and PSP’s online stores are not accessible on the web.

Recently, in the summer of 2021, there was a strong rumor that Sony would shut down the online channels of PlayStation 3, PS Vita and PSP. Looks like that rumor is true. Sony recently announced that it will be able to PlayStation 3 has ended the online access of PS Vita and PSP’s online stores over the web.

Sony has yet to comment. The consoles in question can still be accessed through the console in their own store, but it’s fair to say that there are crashes and it’s not comfortable to use them. Let’s just say that confirms the recent rumor.

If the stores are closed completely in the summer, what will happen to the purchased games is a big question. It will probably remain available, but we’ll still have to wait for an official statement from Sony.
