Cyberpunk 2077, which received the second update of 2021, includes some security updates. Update planning for the game, version 1.12, has been released.
Cyberpunk 2077 1.12 update finally released
CD Projekt Red had to release Cyberpunk 2077 early because of a barrage of criticism from gamers. For this reason, players who faced many errors criticized the company for errors waiting to be addressed.
CD Projekt Red, which has released 5 updates in a short time, announced that it will continue to release updates in 2021 and will be in front of users with free DLC packages.
In the published update 1.12, critical vulnerabilities were targeted, the company said, underlining that the RCE (Remote Code Execution) vulnerability, including registration files, was also closed.
Another update for PC and game consoles is forecast later this month. The company, which frequently releases updates due to bugs and vulnerabilities in the game, will also release updates for next-generation consoles in the final quarter of 2021.
Announcing the removing of non-ASLR (Address Space Layout Randomization) DLL files with the new update, the firm said they would prevent vulnerabilities.
