Atari VCS, the new game console that Atari announced in 2017, will finally make its debut this month. Atari VCS will officially go on sale on June 15.
Once upon a time, Atari had such great popularity that, as you will know, in our country, the game console was once called Atari. Although the console we played with was not Atari, Atari almost meant a game console to us. And now there’s another brand-new console coming from Atari.
Atari’s new console, which was especially popular in the early years of the gaming world, has been given a release date. The Atari VCS console, announced in 2017, will be available for purchase on June 15 from Best Buy, GameStop, Microcenter, and the official Atari VCS website.
The console costs $299. The $299 version doesn’t have any controllers, but let’s remember that the console is compatible with PC peripherals. If you want to buy an extra controller Wireless Joystick and Wireless Controller, they cost $59.99 per piece. And if you take the package with all of them, it’s $399 in total.
Atari comes with more than 100 games on VCS consoles. If you buy it on the official site, it includes a free digital copy of Missile Command: Recharged and an Atari Speaker as a gift. You can find the official site here.
